Subir a Table Mountain é praticamente obrigatório! Escolham um dia de céu limpo, se estiver muito nublado, não vale a pena. Vale pegar o Fast Track, um ingresso que dá acesso prioritário, um "fura-fila"; a compra pode ser feita pelo site oficial. Nossa recomendação é subir no final da tarde e ficar para ver o pôr do sol lá de cima.
Going up Table Mountain is pretty much a must! Pick a clear-sky day — if it's too cloudy, it's not worth it. It's worth getting the Fast Track ticket, which gives you priority access and skips the queue; you can buy it on the official website. Our tip is to go up in the late afternoon and stay to watch the sunset from the top.

É provavelmente o lugar mais turístico de Cape Town e, mesmo assim, é um dos nossos preferidos. Tem tudo: restaurantes, lojas, cafés, mercados, passeios de barco e muita coisa acontecendo. Dá para passar um dia inteiro por lá.
It's probably the most touristy spot in Cape Town, and even so, it's one of our favourites. It has everything — restaurants, shops, cafés, markets, boat trips and lots going on. You can easily spend a whole day there.

LION'S HEAD
Para quem gosta de trilha, é uma das experiências mais legais de Cape Town. A vista durante o caminho e lá de cima é maravilhosa. Dificuldade média, exige um pouco de disposição e coragem, rs, mas vale muito a pena.
For anyone who likes hiking, this is one of the best experiences in Cape Town. The views along the way and from the top are amazing. It's medium difficulty and takes a bit of stamina (and courage!), but it's well worth it.
CHAPMAN'S PEAK + BOULDERS BEACH + CAPE POINT
CHAPMAN'S PEAK + BOULDERS BEACH + CAPE POINT
Dá para fazer tudo no mesmo dia e é um passeio lindo. Saia bem cedo! Nossa sugestão é começar por Boulders Beach logo pela manhã, para evitar multidão (abre às 8h), seguir para Cape Point e Cape of Good Hope e voltar pela Chapman's Peak.
Dica Boulders Beach: além do espaço de observação, siga reto pelo caminho após a entrada até a praia. Com sorte é possível ver os pinguins bem de perto na areia.
Dica Cape Point: venta muito! Mesmo em dias quentes, levar um casaco.
You can do it all in one day and it's a beautiful route. Head out early! Our suggestion is to start at Boulders Beach first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds (it opens at 8am), continue on to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope, and come back via Chapman's Peak.
Boulders Beach tip: besides the viewing boardwalks, keep going straight along the path past the entrance down to the beach. With luck you can see the penguins up close on the sand.
Cape Point tip: it gets very windy! Even on hot days, bring a jacket.

As praias de Clifton são umas das mais bonitas da cidade e costumam ser mais protegidas nos dias de vento. O único detalhe é que o mar é praticamente uma banheira de gelo! rs. Para fechar o dia, indicamos Camps Bay: a orla é uma delícia, cheia de restaurantes e bares para tomar um drink, jantar e assistir ao pôr do sol.
Clifton's beaches are some of the prettiest in the city and tend to be more sheltered on windy days. The only catch is that the water is basically an ice bath! To close out the day, we recommend Camps Bay — the beachfront is lovely, full of restaurants and bars for a drink, dinner and watching the sunset.

O Kirstenbosch Garden é um passeio lindo para quem gosta de jardins e natureza. O parque é enorme e maravilhoso, então separem um tempo para conhecer com calma.
Kirstenbosch Garden is a beautiful outing for anyone who loves gardens and nature. The park is huge and gorgeous, so set aside some time to explore it slowly.

Também colocamos essa dica na nossa página de restaurantes, mas vale reforçar: tentem encaixar pelo menos um mercado no roteiro. Gostamos especialmente do Oranjezicht City Farm Market e do Neighbourgoods Market. São animados, cheios de gente, comidas diferentes, lojinhas e têm um clima muito gostoso.
We mentioned this on our restaurants page too, but it's worth repeating: try to fit at least one market into your itinerary. We especially love the Oranjezicht City Farm Market and the Neighbourgoods Market — lively, full of people, different foods, little shops and a really lovely atmosphere.

Para quem ama vinho, mas não terá muito tempo para passear por Stellenbosch ou Franschhoek, Constantia é uma ótima opção. É uma região histórica de vinícolas dentro de Cape Town e perfeita para combinar degustação de vinhos com um almoço longo.
For wine lovers who won't have much time to explore Stellenbosch or Franschhoek, Constantia is a great option. It's a historic wine region right inside Cape Town, perfect for combining a wine tasting with a long lunch.

Uma dica simples, mas que adoramos. Sair para caminhar pela orla, parar para tomar um café ou almoçar e aproveitar o movimento. É um programa ótimo para uma manhã de sol.
A simple tip, but one we love. Go for a walk along the promenade, stop for a coffee or lunch, and take in the buzz. It's a great plan for a sunny morning.

Uma rua super gostosa, cheia de restaurantes, cafés e bares. Inclusive indicamos vários deles para vocês na página de restaurantes. À noite fica bem animada e é uma região ótima para sair.
A really lovely street, full of restaurants, cafés and bars — we recommend several of them on our restaurants page too. It gets nice and lively at night and it's a great area for going out.

- Waterford Estate (linda e super gostosa para degustação; conhecida pela harmonização de vinhos com chocolates)
- Rust en Vrede (histórica e muito bonita; o almoço também é uma delícia, numa opção mais casual)

Não tentem conhecer muitas vinícolas no mesmo dia! Escolham três, reservem um almoço e aproveitem cada lugar sem pressa. E não esqueçam de reservar as degustações e os restaurantes com antecedência!
Don't try to visit too many wineries in one day! Pick three, book a lunch, and enjoy each place without rushing. And don't forget to book your tastings and restaurants in advance!

O continente africano tem alguns dos lugares mais especiais que já conhecemos e possibilidades de viagem completamente diferentes entre si. Para quem quiser estender alguns dias antes ou depois do casamento, reunimos algumas sugestões que amamos e que combinam muito com essa viagem.
SAFÁRI NA ÁFRICA DO SUL
É a opção mais fácil de combinar com Cape Town e uma ótima escolha para quem fará seu primeiro safari. A região do Kruger tem algumas das melhores reservas privadas do país, com excelentes chances de encontrar os Big Five e lodges maravilhosos. Procurem principalmente por Mala Mala, Sabi Sands e Timbavati. Para quem tiver poucos dias, recomendamos ficar pelo menos 3 noites.
Dica: escolham um lodge dentro de uma reserva privada.
SAFÁRI NA TANZÂNIA
A Tanzânia é apaixonante! Recomendamos safári no Serengeti, Ngorongoro e Tarangire. Impossível não amar! E temos um carinho especial pela Tanzânia: foi lá que a nossa história começou.
SAFÁRI NO QUÊNIA
O Maasai Mara é incrível. Pode ser combinado Tanzânia e Quênia na mesma viagem, se tiverem tempo. E foi no Quênia que ficamos noivos, também um lugar muito especial para nós.
SAFÁRI NA BOTSWANA
Botswana é incrível. Recomendamos a região do Delta do Okavango, uma região completamente diferente dos safáris tradicionais. Outra região muito legal é o Chobe, conhecida pela enorme concentração de elefantes, e Moremi.
ZÂMBIA OU ZIMBÁBUE
Recomendamos um passeio no Victoria Falls, seja no lado da Zâmbia ou do Zimbábue, os dois são incríveis. Por esses dois países também é possível fazer excelentes safáris. Procurem pela empresa African Bush Camps.
GORILLA SAFARI — RUANDA
Uma experiência completamente diferente de um safári tradicional e uma das nossas preferidas na África: o gorilla trekking, para encontrar os gorilas-das-montanhas em seu habitat natural. É uma viagem mais curta e fácil de combinar com outro destino africano. Fantástico, amamos!
The African continent has some of the most special places we've ever seen, and travel possibilities that are completely different from one another. For anyone wanting to extend the trip a few days before or after the wedding, we've put together a few suggestions we love and that pair really well with this trip.
SAFARI IN SOUTH AFRICA
It's the easiest option to combine with Cape Town and a great choice for anyone doing their first safari. The Kruger region has some of the best private reserves in the country, with excellent chances of spotting the Big Five and wonderful lodges. Look mainly at Mala Mala, Sabi Sands and Timbavati. If you only have a few days, we'd recommend staying at least 3 nights.
Tip: choose a lodge inside a private reserve.
SAFARI IN TANZANIA
Tanzania is a place you fall in love with! We recommend safari in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. Impossible not to love it! And Tanzania holds a special place for us: it's where our story began.
SAFARI IN KENYA
The Maasai Mara is amazing. Tanzania and Kenya can be combined in the same trip, if you have the time. And Kenya is where we got engaged, also a very special place for us.
SAFARI IN BOTSWANA
Botswana is amazing. We recommend the Okavango Delta region, a completely different kind of region from a traditional safari. Another great area is Chobe, known for its huge concentration of elephants, and Moremi.
ZAMBIA OR ZIMBABWE
We recommend a visit to Victoria Falls, whether from the Zambia or the Zimbabwe side — both are incredible. Both countries are also great for excellent safaris. Look into African Bush Camps.
GORILLA SAFARI — RWANDA
A completely different experience from a traditional safari, and one of our favourites in Africa: gorilla trekking, to see mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. It's a shorter trip and easy to combine with another African destination. Fantastic — we loved it!

NAMÍBIA
Um dos países com paisagens mais diferentes da África. Vivemos dias maravilhosos por lá! Desertos gigantes, dunas, estradas infinitas e lugares que parecem outro planeta.
SEYCHELLES
Praias paradisíacas, mar azul e algumas das paisagens mais bonitas do Oceano Índico. É uma ótima opção para quem quer alguns dias de descanso.
ZANZIBAR
Uma combinação perfeita principalmente para quem escolher fazer safári na Tanzânia. É muito fácil fazer alguns dias de safári e terminar a viagem descansando na praia.
NAMIBIA
One of the countries with the most different landscapes in Africa. We had wonderful days there! Giant deserts, dunes, endless roads and places that feel like another planet.
SEYCHELLES
Postcard-perfect beaches, blue sea and some of the most beautiful landscapes in the Indian Ocean. A great option for anyone wanting a few days to rest.
ZANZIBAR
A perfect combination, especially for anyone doing safari in Tanzania. It's very easy to do a few days of safari and end the trip relaxing on the beach.
